The Annual Meeting of Polonia Water Supply Corporation will be a Zoom meeting being held on February 16, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Governor’s emergency proclamation suspending certain provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act effective March 16, 2020 in response to the COVID-19 virus, the meting will be conducted remotely. Individual members of the Board of Directors of the Corporation and the public may participate in the meeting telephonically or by weblink. The weblink can be found at this website. The purpose of the meeting is to elect directors and to transact any other business that may properly come before the board.
